Returns & Refunds
All sales are final with the exception of exchanges due to damage, defective product, or wrong item shipped. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. The items will be exchanged and/or a replacement sent. Shipping will not be charged for exchanged items as a result of damage, defective product or wrong item shipped.
If at any time there is a problem or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@myfathersdaughterdesigns.com to resolve the issue within 48 hours of receiving your items. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us!
Framed Print Dimensions
Most framed prints come with a 1 inch bevel-cut mat and a 3/4 inch frame. The final dimensions of your framed piece will have an additional 3.5 inches added to the length and width. For example, the final dimensions of the 8x10 framed print are 11.5 x 13.5 inches.
Please note that 16x20 framed prints do not come with a mat.
Shipping
Your purchase will be sent to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure that this address is up to date and correct before submitting your order. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped, along with tracking information.
Shipping times vary, but are approximately 5-7 days for USPS First Class Mail. To have an item shipped internationally, please contact info@myfathersdaughterdesigns.com to arrange shipping.
Please note that all framed prints and custom matchbook prints are made to order and are not stored in-house. Framed prints take 7-14 business days to make based on your specifications. Custom matchbook prints are processed and created individually by the artist, and take around 14-20 days to complete before sending to print. You will receive separate tracking emails for each shipment.
If your order includes an item marked Preorder, the remainder of your order will be held until the preorder item is ready to ship.
Matchbook Inquiries
I placed an order online but have not received tracking information yet. When will my piece ship?
Production time for most of our unframed matchbook prints is 5-7 business days.
Custom prints (Make Your Own Matchbook Print) take 2-3 weeks to produce (because they are made just for you!).
All framed prints are made-to-order through our fine art printer, based on your specifications. Because of this, production is 10-14 business days. These numbers do fluctuate and are updated frequently. As soon as a tracking number is made, you will get a notification via email!
Once your package has shipped, the transit time ranges from 1-5 business days.
Please note that Covid has impacted this small business in ways I unfortunately hadn't anticipated. Between production delays, moving due dates, and shipping delays across the country, it unfortunately is taking a bit longer to get your new artwork in your home. I know how frustrating it is waiting for tracking information and truly appreciate your patience at this time! I am working as fast as I can to get your order to you.
Are you taking orders for custom matchbook paintings that aren't included on your website?
Unfortunately I am not taking custom orders at this time - meaning the only matchbooks available for Make Your Own Matchbook Prints are the paintings you see in my shop. One of the reasons is I'm working on new paintings of matchbooks from cities far and wide (and new fun themes) that will be released online! If there's a matchbook you'd love to have painted, keep and eye out for new releases by signing up here to be notified of new prints and commission openings.

All designs created by My Father's Daughter Designs are owned by Tess Ramirez. This includes custom orders, artwork, prints, stationery designs, and wedding invitations.
My Father's Daughter Designs owns all copyrights in any and all work(s) created or produced pursuant to federal copyright law (Title 17, Chapter 2, Section 201-02 of the United States Code), whether registered or unregistered. Any and all products, whether tangible or intangible, are expressly and solely owned by Tess Ramirez and may be used in the reasonable course of Tess Ramirez's business. Tess Ramirez has the right to also use any portion of the work for portfolio or marketing purposes.
